A home page or landing page is a place to send potential clients to learn more about your business, services and to be able to contact you. It's all very high level snippets and not very in-depth, but it's a great place to start if you currently have no webpage.
A sales page is a page designed for a specific service. It's there to tell your potential clients why your service was made for them. The goal is to have them follow through on your CTA to purchase or apply.

what's the difference between a home page and a sales page?

While we can provide basic SEO services like meta descriptions and H-tags, we suggest you work with an SEO expert to get you a key word strategy tailored to your goals. We work closely with Maevan Marketing and recommend Amber for all of Backstage's web pages.

do you provide SEO services?

We've got you! You can book as many as you need, but they'd need to be booked separately. Depending on your need, a website in a weekend might be a better option!

what if I need more than one sales page?

We'll send you a comprehensive onboarding checklist but here's the gist:
Photos (if you don't have any, we can source stock photos for an additional fee)
Typed up copy (this can be messy! we just need what you want to say)
Description of your ideal client and who your offers are fo
Brand kit including logos, fonts, and colors

what materials do you need from me to create my website?

We use Showit exclusively. Why? Well, we've tried almost alllll of the other ones and Showit is the best. You get a lot of creative freedom AND functionality to make your website suit your needs. Showit doesn't keep you in a box and we like that around here.
If you're not currently using Showit to host your website, you'll have to switch (don't worry - we can help with this!).
If you love your current platform then we are not the right fit for you but would be happy to recommend a friend!

do you design in all platforms?

We put a lot of time into getting to know you and your likes and dislikes before we get started on your project. We get theme and direction approval before we even touch your site.
However, if you're disappointed in what we've presented, you get two rounds of revisions to make any edits necessary. We can certainly change colors, placements and photos to make your site feel more like you.
We want you to be obsessed with your new website!

what if I don't like my website after you're done?

I love that you love the offers we've crafted for Recorded Bookkeeping!
We don't white label our offers that are established at Recorded Bookkeeping, but we are more than happy to work with you to craft offers that work for your bookkeeping business!
Your niche may require a different, tailored offer than mine at RB. It's important to create for who you serve!

can you teach me how to do your Recorded Bookkeeping offers?

We do! When you book your date, 25% of your project total will be due. This is to hold your spot and ensure that you'll follow through. This is a non-refundable deposit. Upon beginning the project you can choose if you'd like to split the remainder of the payment into two or three equal parts. The first part will be due on the start date of your project and the the following payments will be made one or two months later depending on the plan you choose.

allow me to introduce myself

Hi, I'm

Frances

Founder of Backstage and Recorded Bookkeeping. I've always known I was different - my creative brain and my analytical brain work in unison.

In 2021, I started Recorded Bookkeeping, and built a successful and sought after bookkeeping brand by leaning in to who I am and the impact I wanted to make.

Clients come to me because of me - because I wasn't afraid to build a boring business into a brand that stands out. And I'm here to help you do the same.  Boring jobs do not equal boring brands. You get to show up online however you want.
